Heat IQ™ for Organizations

Know Before
They Go.

Environmental intelligence for the people responsible when something goes wrong in the heat.

Talk to Us → See Who It's For

Your guides are heading out tomorrow regardless of the forecast.

Your athletes are practicing at 2 PM in August.

Your riders are on that mountain road in Mallorca.

Your crew is on the course before dawn on race day.

The question isn't whether your people will be in the heat. It's whether the person responsible has the right information before the call has to be made.

Heat IQ™ is built for that moment.
Before the day starts. Before anyone is in danger.

Who It's For

Built for Operations
Where Heat Is a Real Variable

Three very different worlds. One shared problem: someone is responsible, and they need the right information before the day begins.

How It Works

Intelligence Before the Day Starts

Heat IQ™ is designed around a simple principle: the best time to make a heat-safety decision is before you're committed to a situation you can't easily exit.

01
Fleet View for Leadership
Operations leaders see every tour, team, or course in one view, live WBGT per location, flag status, and automated alerts when any site crosses a threshold. No calls needed to know what's happening.
02
Director-Level Decisioning
Regional directors and coordinators see conditions across their assigned operations, hourly WBGT forecasts, and one-tap access to guide briefings. Route modification decisions are made with data, not guesswork.
03
Guide-Level Morning Brief
Every guide starts the day with their own environmental brief: current WBGT, hourly heat timeline, wind and solar load along the route, hydration plan, and a clear GO / MODIFY / NO-GO status. Built for a five-minute pre-departure review.

The Platform

What Heat IQ™ Delivers

Built on the same WBGT science used by the US military, NCAA, and OSHA. Designed for field operations, not a safety manager's desktop.

🌡️
Live WBGT Per Location
Real-time Wet Bulb Globe Temperature calculated from live weather data. Not air temperature, the full picture: humidity, wind, and solar radiation together.
🗺️
Route Heat Mapping
WBGT heat zones visualized along the actual route. Guides see where risk builds through the day, not just a single number for the day.
🚨
Automated Flag Alerts
Color-coded heat flags from White to Black with automated escalation. Operations leadership is notified the moment any site crosses a threshold.
💧
Hydration Planning
Per-activity hydration recommendations built around actual conditions and exertion level. Guides deliver specific numbers to riders, not "drink water."
👥
Role-Based Access
HQ, Director, and Guide views, each seeing exactly what they need. Organizational hierarchy built in from day one.
📋
GPX Route Integration
Upload your actual route files. Heat IQ™ maps WBGT conditions to your real waypoints, elevation profile, and timing, not a generic location pin.

Heat IQ™ Training

The Platform Delivers the Data.
Training Delivers the Judgment.

Knowing the WBGT is one thing. Knowing what to do with it: how to read the flags, modify the route, brief the riders, and make the call with confidence, is another. That's what our training programs are built around.

On-Site
Guide Training
We work with your team in the field, half-day or full-day, structured around your operation. Guides learn heat physiology, WBGT interpretation, hydration protocols, and the decision framework for real conditions. Practical, not classroom.
Credentialed
Heat IQ™ Certification
Guides who complete the program earn Heat IQ™ certification, a credentialed outcome your organization can stand behind and your clients can trust. Built on WBGT science and field-tested decision standards.
Long-Term
Seasonal Partnership
For organizations that want heat intelligence embedded in their culture, not just their software. We work alongside your leadership across a season, refining protocols, training new staff, and adapting as conditions evolve.

"The conditions that cause heat injury are knowable in advance. The question is whether the person responsible has the right information before the call has to be made."

Dave Austin, Founder, Suayves

The Science

Built on the Gold Standard

Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) is the heat stress metric used by the US military, NCAA, OSHA, and the American College of Sports Medicine, because it measures what actually matters, not just how hot it is, but how well the human body can cool itself under those exact conditions.

Temperature alone misses the point. A 90°F day with 80% humidity and no wind is categorically more dangerous than 95°F with low humidity and a breeze. WBGT accounts for all four factors, temperature, humidity, wind, and solar radiation, and translates them into an actionable risk level your guides can use in the field.

That's the science Heat IQ™ is built on. Not a weather app. Not a feels-like temperature. The same standard used by the people who have been doing this the longest.
